PACIFIC LIQUID PECTIN DRY MIX
RECONSTITUTION INSTRUCTIONS
To reconstitute your Liquid Pectin Dry Mix, use:
*.5 oz. Mix to 5.5 fl. oz. water to equal 6 fl. oz. Liquid Pectin
*1.5 oz. MIX TO 16.5 oz. water to equal 18 fl. oz. Liquid Pectin
Add mix to swirling hot water (180-190F) in a blender for 1 minute. Wait 30 seconds. Blend for 30 seconds more.
Reconstituted pectin can be refrigerated and should be used within 24 hours.
*NOTE: .5 oz. = 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. 1.5 oz. = 4 Tbsp.
